What to Expect at Our Transfer Station
Whether you’re moving and need to get rid of old furniture or have construction debris from a renovation project, you can drop off your bulk waste and other items with us. Here’s how it works:
Bring your items to the transfer station, located at
23602 University Ave, Bethel, MN 55005. Come into the front office, and someone will check out your items and take payment. We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard. Feel free to call us at

Bulk Waste: Accepted Items
We accept a variety of big and bulky items for drop-off at our waste transfer station. Call us at 763.757.7100 to check if your specific items are accepted.

Can I bring cardboard to your transfer station?
Yes!
Do you accept batteries?
We accept lead-acid batteries (car batteries, etc.), but we do not accept alkaline batteries.
Are you open on Saturdays?
We are not open on weekends.
Business Hours:
Mon–Thurs • 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Fridays • 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
What are the per yard costs to drop off trash and demolition debris?
Household trash costs $60 for up to 3 yards plus $30 for each additional yard. This price does not include big and bulky items such as mattresses, couches, and appliances.
Demolition debris costs $60 for up to 3 yards plus $20 for each additional yard.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointments are necessary during normal business hours. Please come to the office and our customer service team will assist you.
Do you pay out for cans or steel?
No, we do not pay for cans or steel. We will dispose of it for no charge, however.
